Melfa Storage

The Facility

Our Melfa facility, visible from U.S. 13, is located at 28523 Railroad Avenue.

This facility is fenced and gated and has 106 units. It offers conventional storage in a variety of sizes, as well as Temperature Controlled Storage in our *new* building.

This facility has a new Temperature Controlled building, with spacious 10 x 15 ft. units.

Temperature Controlled Storage is a good option if you are concerned about the weather’s effects on your belongings.

In our temperature controlled units, the temperature is always consistently maintained, via heating and air-conditioning– not just humidity controlled.

Temperature controlled storage is useful for storing antiques (that may not hold up so well in humid or extreme temperatures), electronical equipment (TV’s, Computers, etc) and other weather sensitive items.
